What a report contains
- By section. Each section's index for the month, with how many plans or offers it is based on and the date; the number of value changes and the latest of them; and how many plans, offers and websites had at least one recorded value.
- What changed. Every value change between consecutive successful checks, newest first; each row links to the record with both values and their evidence.
- Baseline months. A month is reported in full once it has at least 14 distinct observation dates. A shorter month records starting values and is labelled as a baseline.
