Corrections Log
If a number, date or rule on Caliper Press is wrong, tell us. We reply within 48 hours and fix a confirmed error within 7 days. Every correction is listed in the log below.
How to report an error
Email corrections@caliperpress.com with:
- the page address;
- the value you believe is wrong, and the date shown next to it;
- what you believe is correct, with a public source if you have one.
If you represent the provider, please say so. Do not send passwords, API keys or customer data. Reporting an error is free, and commercial relationships make no difference to how a report is handled.
What happens next
We check your report against what the provider's page showed on the date of our reading and against the method for that section.
- If we made the error, for example the reading rule picked the wrong plan, the unit was wrong, or a calculation used the wrong term, we fix the value and add an entry to the log. The original reading is not silently overwritten.
- If the provider changed its price after our check, the earlier reading was correct for its date. The next daily check records the new price, and the history keeps both readings with their dates.
- If we still disagree after checking, we explain why. A provider may ask us to publish a short, dated statement; we add it to the log, labeled as the provider's statement.
When a check records no value, for example because the source page changed, pages and totals keep the last confirmed value for up to 3 days, marked “last confirmed” with its date; after that the result is Unknown with the reason.
Our commitments
We reply within 48 hours and fix a confirmed error within 7 days. These are our own commitments, published so that you can hold us to them.
Correction log
Each entry gives the date of the correction, the page, what was wrong, what we changed and who found it. We do not publish the name or address of the person who wrote to us.
The log is empty so far; each correction will appear here with its date.
